Location

We are located one block off Main Street at the corner of 12th and Mosier Drive in Palacios, Texas. We are ideally situated within a few blocks to the Harbor, Fishing, Restaurants, and Parks. Palacios offers year-round recreational options along with a rich history and exploration opportunities along the Tres Palacios Bay.

Amenities

48 Spacious Sites (11 back-in and 37 pull-thrus) are situated on 9 completely fenced and gated acres for your security. All sites are 40 ft. wide by 62 - 65 ft. long with full hook-ups capable of 30 and 50 amp electrical. We are pet friendly, but please check park rules for limitations. Private showers and coin-operated laundry house now open. Other amenities coming soon include a shaded dog park, recreational areas, fish cleaning station, and much more.

Rates

Monthly Specials - Work in an industry near Palacios? Planning a longer stay? Ask us about pay in advance extended monthly rental specials. Regular rates are:

Nightly rate - $35/night/site full hook-ups
Weekly rate - $200/site full hook-ups
Monthly rate - $350/site plus electricity cost (meters read on 20th of month)
All sites have access to 30 and 50 amp service, sewer, water, trash, and free wi-fi
Gated boat storage/parking only (non-site rentals) $50/month
